I arrived a bit early on the day of the appointment, and was greeted right away, taken to a waiting service advisor who quickly and efficiently completed the paperwork, and had me on my way in the (new!) loaner car in a matter of minutes. I received a text message when my car was ready, along with a copy of the invoice--no surprises! My car was ready and freshly washed when I arrived to pick it up.
