We called our dealer in PA who advised us not to drive home with this problem but to get it looked at. We stopped at Mercedes-Benz of Richmond and received EXCELLENT service. They took us in right away, were very friendly & professional and replaced the battery under warranty. From the initial phone call, to the interaction with the service contact Logan everyone was great! More
