Great Service I scheduled an appointment on line for an oil change. I received a response within the hour and my oil change was scheduled for express service. Great Service I had just come home from a rough trip from Canada with 2 flat tires and needed to get my car serviced before leaving the next day for another long tr I had just come home from a rough trip from Canada with 2 flat tires and needed to get my car serviced before leaving the next day for another long trip. Excellent experience as usual ! This visit I took my car in for 4-wheel alignment on my new tires. My service advisor was Peter B. and my service technician was Kevin Griffis. Both gentlemen have been helping me for several years with multiple cars. I try to get Peter's help whenever he's not with other customers and Kevin is the only technician I ever trust to work on my car ! Both are professionals and do an excellent job of representing the Mercedes brand and are both reasons why I'll continue to recommend McGeorge Mercedes to my friends and relatives.
