(Craig Johnson) He explained the process for diagnosing the problem and indicated that I may need to leave my car over night. I was called and advised that the service would not be completed until the following day. Upon returning on the next day, I was advised that the car was ready and after completing my financial obligation the car was brought to the service area. Craig Johnson is to be commended for his professionalism in working with customers. More

Friendly and helpful Craig Johnson was very attentive and helpful with our cracked windshield. Though we felt it was a warranty issue because of the nature of the crack, Craig Johnson was very attentive and helpful with our cracked windshield. This is not the first windshield on a Mercedes that has been damaged while we possessed the car. We do feel that Mercedes should try to make windshields that can endure small rocks or items hitting the windshield. More
