worst used car ever!!!!! I purchased a 2006 BMW x5 on Oct 31st 2015, I was told it needed a belt and a resovior if your familiar with cars, this was based on the used car ins I purchased a 2006 BMW x5 on Oct 31st 2015, I was told it needed a belt and a resovior if your familiar with cars, this was based on the used car inspection by " qualified auto mechanics" however after replacing those items and taking their word that was all that it needed, my vehicle now needs thousands of dollars in work!!!! NEVER BUY A USED CAR THERE!!!! I spoke with the used cars manager there and he said in a nutshell get bent!!!! Great experience I'll will promise to tell everybody I know not to shop there:), More

Had a part replaced that was damaged Excellent customer service when I came in with a damaged tail light. Tim ordered the part and within days called me to set up a time to come in and h Excellent customer service when I came in with a damaged tail light. Tim ordered the part and within days called me to set up a time to come in and have it replaced. He even told me in advance what the cost would be. The day my husband brought my car in, Tim and his crew were ready and in a little more than an hour the car was fixed and look as good as new. The service department crew was courteous and helpful and it was a plus plus for everyone. I thought your customer service was outstanding when I bought my car and you have continued to be outstanding, friendly and fun every time I have stopped in to have something checked or to have my car washed.
