I found a number of options on line, one being a car at MB of Rochester. I contacted them and shot them a price I could get elsewhere. They countered and I accepted, contingent upon no surprises when I saw the car. My wife and I found the car acceptable and finished the deal. First Rate Customer Service I brought my car in for regular maintenance. I asked about a couple of the restaurants in the area and mentioned that we were going out to lunch after I brought my car in for regular maintenance. I asked about a couple of the restaurants in the area and mentioned that we were going out to lunch after my vehicle was finished. They immediately offered to have the shuttle give us a ride to the restaurant and picked us up. That's what I call stepping up customer service. More

I actually look forward to having my Benz serviced. I actually look forward to having my Mercedes Benz serviced. Tim and Nathan and the team of service techs are always very helpful. Each visit, they I actually look forward to having my Mercedes Benz serviced. Tim and Nathan and the team of service techs are always very helpful. Each visit, they go over all the details of everything they're doing to keep my 2010 C300 running like new. Then, before they deliver it back to me, it's not unusual seeing three techs washing and wiping my car down, inside and out before bringing it out for me to drive back home to Onalaska, Wisconsin. Thanks guys! You all do great work! More

Waste of Time Drove down from Minneapolis to pick up a used vehicle. The car had significant paint issues that were not disclosed by salesperson. The manager said they looked at having it painted but was too expensive. I would think a dealer would disclose this before wasting the time of two people who were driving in from out of town. Just not that difficult to do the right thing. More
