On May 1, I purchased a brand-new Mercedes-Benz GLE 450. The vehicle had only 14 miles on it, yet the A/C was not working properly from the beginning. Since then, I've spent months trying to get the issue resolved. I have kept detailed records of my emails and communications throughout the process. Unfortunately, my experience with management and follow-up has been very disappointing. Despite repeated attempts to communicate, I did not receive the level of customer service I expected after purchasing a new luxury vehicle. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. I hope Mercedes-Benz Corporate reviews my case and looks into the customer service concerns so future customers receive the support they deserve. If you're shopping for a vehicle, I encourage you to do your research, ask plenty of questions, and carefully consider both the dealership's service reputation and the buying experience—not just the vehicle itself. 0 for Al and 0 for Stephen.
