We were working with a salesman on a vehicle and we were ready to fly in from out of state to purchase the SUV BUT we were told it couldn’t be sold until it was serviced. They said they couldn’t even take a ready to fly in from out of state to purchase the SUV BUT we were told it couldn’t be sold until it was serviced. They said they couldn’t even take a deposit from us until it was through service. We have been waiting a week to come out pick it up and today we get a call that someone paid cash and bought the car…Apparently if you’re not paying cash, you don’t matter and if someone comes in with cash, they are more important. Forget about morals and doing right by the customer.. all they care about is money. Greed is an ugly thing. Little did they know..we were also paying cash. Now they will not be getting our business at all because they lack morals and respect. Terrible way to run a business. More

Unfortunately, my experience with management and follow-up has been very disappointing. Despite repeated attempts to communicate, I did not receive the level of customer service I expected after purchasing a new luxury vehicle. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. I hope Mercedes-Benz Corporate reviews my case and looks into the customer service concerns so future customers receive the support they deserve.
