Mercedes Benz cannot find the parts for my car. 1998 ML 320. My car is in good running condition, but it seems like I have to get rid of it because they could not find a replacement part. I took my car into Sac MBENZ and it sat 2 weeks! When I picked up my car it had a door ding, scraped front air dam, shoe marks on the driver’s door and the tan carpet and a broken MBENZ “STAR’’ on t When I picked up my car it had a door ding, scraped front air dam, shoe marks on the driver’s door and the tan carpet and a broken MBENZ “STAR’’ on the front grill!! I complained and they had me take it in for a redo on the interior as the door speaker cloth and the carpet is NOW 1/2 gray instead of tan! Looks like they use dirty water or dirty cleaning solution to clean my interior! I have left messages to Jeff M and to Chris Roth but no reply! I now WANT to Speak to the actual Owner of the Dealership- George Grinzewitsch Jr!!! Please either call him or forwarded this evaluation to him! He needs to know about his employee service!!
