Brake pads and rotors for front, light out on left rear. I havent responded because I am irritated with the mechanic service for my last visit. My new brake pads and rotors did not feel new like usual. I also asked that they check my tire pressure and that was not done. The left rear light has been a problem and a few years ago they replaced the socket. So I already paid for this service which did not fix the problem. It is still a problem and so they did not fix it right. They continually replace the light bulb and charge me for it; and that is not the issue. Its the socket. It still is out every so often and I do not have time to drive there and have it checked when the light is on the dashboard indicating it is not working. Jason is not there on Saturdays for me to come in when its a little more convenient for me to drop in when the light is on. This is very frustrating for me. And do not want to ever be charged for a light bulb again! The mechanic seems to be the issue not the Service Rep who just listens to me and tells me when my car is ready. I have been going to this dealership since 12-1989. More

Worst Service I brought my car in for an issue I was having. They couldn't identify what the cause was and recommended different repairs that would "hopefully" fix I brought my car in for an issue I was having. They couldn't identify what the cause was and recommended different repairs that would "hopefully" fix the problem. I had to bring my car in twice and ended up spending $1600 for "repairs" that didn't resolve the issue. I attempted to contact the staff I worked with since my last visit to let them know the issue still existed. I still haven't heard back 5+ months later. More
