I did have some concerns because my windshield was back ordered for 4-6 weeks, and the door handl The level of service from Sean Kerwin was excellent. I did have some concerns because my windshield was back ordered for 4-6 weeks, and the door handle also needed to be ordered. Both incidents required my calling the parts department to check on the status. Coincidentally, both products had "just" arrived prior to my calls. I relayed this to Sean & commented that there might be a communication break down between parts & service. Both were repaired without problems. I was given a loaner car both times, & was very appreciative, however the first car had a very bad stale cigarette odor. More
