Brett Kellner had the car in the showroom with a big bow on it. The car looked impeccable, he showed us all the new features and he is very knowledgeable about the car. Greg Ranslow has been very helpful scheduling my service and helping me out with the TPMS on the car. He texted me instructions on how to reset it and it worked. He scheduled my MBRACE update and had it done while I waited. Thank you MB of Sacramento. More

I had brought the matter to the attention of two previous service managers repeatedly without resolve. It has caused much frustration as I had to fill a tire with air about every 10 days. I commute 2-3 hours a day and found myself constantly scouting out service stations with an air pressure pump and pulling off in the rain, high wind and extreme heat to relieve the low pressure. Mike was able to address the issue and solved the problem on that visit. More
