They fixed nothing I brought my Smart Car in with a sticking transmission. They said they fixed it. A few days later I brought it back because it was still sticking. Went for annual service (1 year) The people are nice and the greeter was prompt. However had to wait for quite some time for my service representative. The drop-off shuttle was good. However, you need to have some loaner car, even though it is not a major service. I needed to go some place while the car was at the shop but couldn't for not having a loaner car. They forgot to reset the warning signal that comes up when all the four tire pressures are different. I had wait, because they had to take the car back to the shop to reset it. It was disappointing.
