Mercedes Honored Its Safety Concerns My wife and I never used the back seats of our Mercedes 2009 ML350 until recently, and found that neither of the two back seat belts functioned proper My wife and I never used the back seats of our Mercedes 2009 ML350 until recently, and found that neither of the two back seat belts functioned properly (or safely). Our car was well beyond the warranty period. but Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento stepped up and repaired the two seat belts for free. It was not an insignificant amount of money (estimated price was over $1,100), and I'm not sure that the factory would honor warranty work so late in the life of this vehicle, but Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento did the "right thing", and that is impressive. We are forever loyal customers of Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento--we will continue to buy from them and have our vehicles regularly serviced there. More
