Yet again, an excellent experience I have visited this dealership for the past 30 plus years. And on each and every occasions the service has been beyond reproach. From the "greeters" I have visited this dealership for the past 30 plus years. And on each and every occasions the service has been beyond reproach. From the "greeters" to the Service Representatives, the customer service remains reliable and consistent. I have never come away feeling that my issues were not addressed or my questions not answered. And most importantly, I always feeling that my continued patronage is truly appreciated. It appears that this is the Sacramento Mercedes/Von Housen "way". And this is the reason that I will continue to purchase Mercedes vehicles at this dealership, and I will continue to use ONLY their service department. More

No response I sent a message requesting for the bulb they changed since I need to change the bulb with in a week. There was no message about the bulb failure befo I sent a message requesting for the bulb they changed since I need to change the bulb with in a week. There was no message about the bulb failure before I took the dealer but when I ask for discount on service they performed he said he changed the bulb for free. After one week I had bad bulb warning so I texted the number they provide me to contact but never responded back. I mentioned same thing with MB survey and they said someone will call from dealer but no one. I changed bulb at Rocklin dealership. More

Repair a manufacturer defect on a spoiler Removed spoiler, put dents in my trunk. Spoiler is not even put on correctly, has gaps on one side and flush on the other side. Came back to remove the dents and when I picked up the car the dents were still there and now the interior or the truck where they took of the siding is not on properly, making noise when I shut the truck and scratched up. Service man acted like it was an inconvenience to have to try and get the "little dents" out, but they are the ones who put the dents in in the first place. I was supposed to bring it back in, but haven't because every time I bring it in something else is wrong with it. More
