The value you receive as an owner is beyond 100 % satisfaction. I was out of warranty in one of my Mercedes, I drove in the service department needing repairs. As always I was treated with respect at arrival. I was given a loaner and sent on my way. To my surprise the 500 dollar estimate was reduced to 100 dollars when the repair should have actually been 1800 or more. I was completely taken care of under a customer satisfaction program that only Mercedes Benz of Sacramento has for their loyal customers. Mercedes Benz of Sacramento has without a doubt the best service department in Northern California. Thank you. More

Excellent, thorough & responsible service! I brought my vehicle in because the gas cap was malfunctioning. Austin ensured that the problem was fixed correctly this time around and had the entire part replaced when they couldn't find the exact source of the problem.
