Amazing customer service with Shaun! I worked with Sean Kerwin when I brought my GLK in for an oil change. He was courteous and attentive. Very conscientious on following up regarding whe I worked with Sean Kerwin when I brought my GLK in for an oil change. He was courteous and attentive. Very conscientious on following up regarding whether I was satisfied with my service. He set a great example of how to treat a customer with amazing service and respect by walking them directly to the Mercedes Benz waiting room when I arrived, explaining in detail how long the service would take, made sure the car was vacuumed and washed properly, called promptly when the car was ready, and when I arrived to retrieve the car, he helped me transfer my belongings from the loaner car to my own car, then respectfully opened and closed the car door for myself and my passenger. He had a positive and confident demeanor and I felt comfortable having him handle my service. I would recommend that if you need service, request Sean Kerwin as your representative. He will work hard to make sure your experience is pleasant and take those extra steps to assure great customer satisfaction. More

They went out of their way to help us We had an issue with our GL63 went in for service . Had to bring it back for more service after parts were ordered. Not Impressed I dropped my car off at the center because my rear tail-light wasn't working. They provided a shuttle from the center to my college while the maintenance was being done, which was nice. I received a message few hours later from the manager in charge of my car explaining the car problems and the prices to fix them. So far so good. When I was available, I gave a call back. No answer. I gave a call to the front desk, and learned that the manager was at lunch. I was told to call back in 15 mins. I did. No answer. About 30 mins later I finally got through to the representative, and we agreed on a price and I requested to be picked up by the shuttle. He told me he would send someone to pick me up immediately. Everything okay so far. One hour later, nobody had arrived. I called back. No answer. I had to call the front desk, who told me there wasn't anyone dispatched to pick me up. I put in another request for someone to come pick me up. One hour later, and nobody had arrived. I called back. Guess what? Still nobody was dispatched. I put in a request a THIRD time for somebody from the center to come and pick me up and take me back to my car. 15 mins later, I finally received a call from the driver. Lo and behold, he hadn't arrived yet. He said he was just now leaving the center and was calling for clarification as to where to pick me up. I had enough. I told him to stay. Instead, I had my friend drop me off at the center. After 3 hours of waiting, I had enough. When I arrived (by my own means), the manager apologized profusely, telling me that they were very busy. I can understand that; what I can't understand is how you can leave customer stranded for 3+ hours. He could have told me that there were no drivers available, I would have had my friend drop me off earlier, and saved 3 hours of my valuable time. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this center unless it is absolutely necessary. More
