I had to request multiple times for the bill to be sent to my text in which Mercedes Benz of Stockton never failed to do. When my daughter arrived at the dealer to pick up the car, an employee told her to to my text in which Mercedes Benz of Stockton never failed to do. When my daughter arrived at the dealer to pick up the car, an employee told her to wait 30 minutes for the car to be washed. The vehicle should have already been washed before pick up time. My daughter waited longer than 30 minutes; the car did not get washed. More
The young man who did my car wash did an absolutely excellent job !!! I don't know his name but he was African American and was probably in his twenties. He was nice, respectful and did a real profe excellent job !!! I don't know his name but he was African American and was probably in his twenties. The Sacramento Mercedes service is always exemplary at a fair price. I am always able to get an appointment within a few days of calling. I am very disapointed on my latest service. When I went through paperwork I noticed there were items that were past service's. I was only told about the battery and told Service Rep I would take care of it through paperwork I noticed there were items that were past service's. I was only told about the battery and told Service Rep I would take care of it myself. The others on paperwork I was never ever asked about them. I would have left it there for the needed service needed if I was told. If I never would have looked at my paperwork I woul dhave never know. My servie rep was on vacation and the gentleman that gave me my car didn't even know anything about it. Very very disapointed in Mercedes Service. More
Initial inquiry to EGR valve issue and extended warranty declined by service. Contacted MB USA, confirming coverage contacted and appt made. Day later dealer admits to warranty item but no part available wi declined by service. Contacted MB USA, confirming coverage contacted and appt made. Day later dealer admits to warranty item but no part available with no ETA info. Drove an unsafe vehicle 30 miles to store and may now wait several months before use.
