Took my gle350 for a foul moldy smell coming from my ac. Jason helped me. Said it wasn't covered under my warranty, even though there was a whole lawsuit about this in 2019-2020. Just because I'm a woman don't mean you can treat me like whatever. It was a 570$ bill. He'd said they'll wash my car blah blah Nope they didn't do that. The smell is gone for now. Today I noticed they changed me 100$ for a cabin filter?! What?? That's covered in my prepaid services!! Why charge me? He said the car gas to be serviced well wanst it serviced? What did yall do? Mercedes benz of Sacramento arden is money hungry. He said yes the cabin filter is covered but not when you do a job line this ?? What ?? Makes no sense. I will never step foot in this mercedes. Asked to bring in my car for a whole day. Nothing was done, said the part needed to be shipped. Never heard from them after three weeks I called to see if the part came in. It required 2 jobs totaling over $5000 dollars to fix an oil leak. Then I paid over $700 to fix a fuel line leak. I have been driving MB cars continuously for 60 years. The service has been spotty for years. I used to get my vehicle cleaned prior to pickup and for years now that haven’t,Yet Ford still does! I expect more from a luxury dealership. Again, forgetting to accomplish an objective of my original problem is a big deal! More
