Of course we had great service up until we bought the car. Everyone at the Mercedes-Benz dealership said they had the best service after buying the car too. This has not been true at all. We have contact car. Everyone at the Mercedes-Benz dealership said they had the best service after buying the car too. This has not been true at all. We have contacted the dealership no less than 8 times trying to deal with registration problems and warranty issues. Can't get a single person to call us back. DMV has us down as the registered owners of 2 MB and we've been sent 2 different sets of plates. It's been going on for several months now and still not one single call back. And when we call, all we get is someone will call you back. I can say without exaggeration, this has been the worst customer experience we've ever dealt with. We will not be using this dealership again in the future. More
