Very poor communication. I was told my car had 1 diagnosis and would be ready the following day and then told the following day he had given me information about someone else’s vehicle. I was then told the parts would not be available for at least a week as they were coming from Germany. I needed a rental vehicle and had to wait 4 days to get one. I finally got my car back 2 weeks later. The whole experience was very disappointing. More

Showed up for regular maintenance and was ignored by staff multiple times until I went up to the cashiers desk to ask where to check in. Was told one price twice then when it came time to do it they sai staff multiple times until I went up to the cashiers desk to ask where to check in. Was told one price twice then when it came time to do it they said it would be a few hundred more. Then finally they told me the car was ready but they would only be there 20 more minutes from when they let me know it was ready. I was able to get it and pick it up but everything that was done seemed like going more than checking boxes on their list was an inconvenience for them. More
