Brought sprinter in for service and not only did Mercedes not have consent to take my vehicle home I clearly asked for this to not happen. The vehicle against direction was driven home and left in a employe not have consent to take my vehicle home I clearly asked for this to not happen. The vehicle against direction was driven home and left in a employees house. Think if you had a repair on your phone and they decided to put it in there pocket for “homework”! My expectations are exponentially higher with a Mercedes dealer. This should have never happened ( completely avoidable risk) have customers sign something to protect both parties. My van is used for many functions and thousands of dollars of gear and equipment. I’m really mad how this happened and still do not have answers. I have no problems with the individuals in this problem - it was not the service advisor or the technician- this is a bad company process that can be fixed- at the end of the day it’s not worth the business risk and exposure More
During my original service, it wasn’t done to my satisfaction. But upon a quick email, they fixed it right away. That is the service I have come to expect from Mercedes Benz of Sacramento. A intake customer service to us out of the waiting line & had us park in a safe zone. We signed the paperwork & we’re notified that the vehicle was finished & available for pickup. Just a seamless process for us. Thanks for all who worked on our vehicle. More
