I have always received excellent service but the mechanic did not take my care for a test drive before he gave it to me. So I was able to get my Benz in there to get checked out. ...it wouldn't start and the key was stuck in the ignition. From the gate the folks at Mercedes Benz of Sacramento were on it....I got fast and friend ...it wouldn't start and the key was stuck in the ignition.
