POOR experience. I booked appointment online to test drive a car. I entered my personal/financial information to get pre-qualified. I received no less than 7 separate text messages and emails from sales associate Ashley and Sales Manager Ted starting at 8:30a to 12:00noon to confirm that I will make my 1:30p appt. I confirmed multiple times, the last being after 12:00noon. I arrive at 1:20p and I am informed that the car that was supposed to be reserved for 24hours for test drive was just sold! Typical sleazy car sales tactics ... it was a 2hour round trip ... a total waste of time. More
