David is a very friendly and responsible service advisor, I did not notice my car was being overfilled by my wife and causing the engine light turned on, it was not suppose to cover under the warranty but Da I did not notice my car was being overfilled by my wife and causing the engine light turned on, it was not suppose to cover under the warranty but David stand on our side and get us all covered as an exception. I recently bought a GLC 300 from MB of San Jose, worked with Jesse Flores. He was absolutely great to work with, very nice to talk to, very helpful, follows-up but doesnt constantly call you (like some other dealerships sales folks). He made my experience buying the vehicle a great one. On the day of the purchase, I told him when I would be coming in, he made sure the vehicle was ready washed and gased up and parked upfront. Once the purchase was complete, he spent time with me going over all the features and even gave me a new USB-C cable to hook up my iphone. This was all done with a smiling face all the time. I would recommend reaching out to him if ever you're in the market for a Mercedes Benz. More
