Service is great, but the GM has yet to answer the 3 calls I made to him regarding a discrepancy in paint color on the sliding door on my Sprinter Van. Two expert detailers have told me independently that it is a different hue from the rest of the van and that it has been painted. I noticed this after a few weeks of getting the van and brought this to the dealers attention. They say it's simply a different angle. Not so. I want to know why this door was repainted and why the door continues to creak. So far, no answers and no response from the dearlerships GM. Try another dealer down the road.
