DISHONEST. This place lacks transparency. I bought a 2016 forester that had passed their “precise inspection process,” and came with a warranty. Either they knew it had a leak and did not disclose, or they d forester that had passed their “precise inspection process,” and came with a warranty. Either they knew it had a leak and did not disclose, or they did not actually do the thorough inspection that they had claimed to do. When I brought it back, they tried to pass it off as a “seepage” which they apparently don’t fix. My independent mechanic assured me it was a leak, not a seepage, and either way it was only going to get worse. The sad thing is, if they had disclosed it, I might have still considered keeping the car because it was a really good price (although it had a lot of rust and needed a lot of maintenance- things I was prepared to accept buying a used car). Unfortunately, I could not do business with them because I lost trust that they would honor their warranty if something else went wrong down the line. I do have to genuinely thank the finance guy though, because if it were not for him leaving such a bad taste in my mouth, I would not have been suspicious enough to leave it at the dealership until I could have my mechanic look at it. Here is why: 1.) He was friendly enough, but also said some things that I perceived as condescending: -He interrupted me several times to say “no, no, you’re wrong.” It seemed like he wanted me to question myself. -I was reading a section of the contract carefully. He acted quite impatient while I was trying to get clarification about a point, and told me several times, “You’re not listening.” He actually just wasn't answering my question. 2.) Finally, I kept trying to get what I had agreed upon with the manager in writing, and he did not want to do it. It was 10:30 pm on a Saturday night and the manager was no longer there. The manager agreed to extended the 250 mile money back guarantee to a few more miles, since I live 2.5 hours away and wanted my mechanic at home to take a look at it. At first, he said they were really strict on the 250 miles, and then he insisted it was ok if the manager said so, but would not put it in writing. He kept saying “trust me”, and “you have my word.” Why not just put it writing then? The return process was fairly easy as I had driven it less than 50 miles, but I don’t really think credit should be given for simply sticking to the contract. More

Mere words cannot express my gratitude for Stan, Anil, and Eric. Being recently divorced with 3 young children, I was in dyer need of a large SUV. I was introduced to Stan (GM) via a colleague and immedi and Eric. Being recently divorced with 3 young children, I was in dyer need of a large SUV. I was introduced to Stan (GM) via a colleague and immediately felt his genuine concern! Anil was the sales agent, whom was ever so patient with me, and Eric handled the financing aspect of it all. In short, there were a few hiccups on my side, but after a few weeks, we were able to close the deal! And, I am now the proud owner of a 2020 GLB, which seats my little ones comfortably. The overall experience with these gentlemen superseded my expectations by a long shot. If you are in the market for a larger size vehicle and want to work with a "DREAM TEAM", I highly recommend Mercedes of San Jose! Worst place ever. They add Siskin to contract without consent. After being there 5 hours who reads everything. I didn't receive any information on this Siskin either. This dealership has no honor. They will strike a deal with you and back out on the delivery date. This is my experience with them. I struck a deal for 2020 GLE350. Had my bank overnight the cheque as they were gonna deliver in 2 days. Come delivery date, they go cold. Neither the salesman nor his manager are responding by phone, text or email. I am supposed to be picking up my new vehicle, have cheque in hand but they are absconding. What kind of legitimate business runs operations such as this? A shady one!! I also reached out to the GM, Stan Mojaisky, hoping for some resolution. Apparently the lack of honor starts from him and flows down the organization. Their reason was this deal is unattainable elsewhere + they couldnt secure this VIN. But how is the deal worth it when its just in paper and no intention to deliver it? After frustrated with them for weeks, I go to another dealer and secure the same VIN at same cost. So, beware of this dealer's malpractices. More

Every single person I have interacted at this dealership, from management to sales associates, have been completely unprofessional and deceitful. When they found out I was making a deal with another dealership, they did everything in their power to interfer with it. First of all, they prevented the car transfer from their dealership to another dearlership, which caused a xxxx of a headache. Once they found out they are not legally able to hold on to the car, they promised me a far more attractive deal than the other dealership and when I accepted it, they said their sales person made a mistake and they cannot honour it. To top it off, one of their representatives blamed me for their wrong doing. This dealership and management have no respect for the customer’s time and it’s far off from Mercedes Benz standards. Stay away! More
