As I previously said, if Brett ever leaves, so will my family of 4 Mercedes vehicles. I have used 2 other advisors in his absence and they were both pitiful. Mercedes are too expensive to be handled by advisors with little knowledge of the vehicle. I will be going to Clearwater if that day ever comes. You can do better! 5 Stars for Brett. 3 Stars for the actual service as you do the minimum required. 0 Stars for the other Advisors.
