My first contact was when I called the dealer to get info on how to get a new key fob for a 2014 E350 I purchased from Wilde Lexus recently. They were the worst and not a place for Benz service. I followed up with Shawn in service for a required advance visit to pay in advance for fob and provide VIN and registration. Shawn handled everything quickly and professionally. 3 days later, fob came in and he contacted me to come back with car for programming-no appointment needed. Mercedes’ Sarasota delivered, I got to look at the new models and left a happy new customer. More
I will never buy another car from Mercedes Benz of Sarasota simply because of the amount of time you have to wait to speak with someone on the phone. I wasted too many hours waiting to speak with some Sarasota simply because of the amount of time you have to wait to speak with someone on the phone. Everything done according to plan. I've been on several dead-end phone numbers, over 3 hours, trying to obtain roadside assistance! Repeated "thank you for your patience" messages makes it worse.
