Good and fast Service for some maintenance issues that happened out of no where. Shawn my service tech was efficient. I had the car towed there and home from one of their recommended tow services and they happened out of no where. Shawn my service tech was efficient. I had the car towed there and home from one of their recommended tow services and they were excellent. The reason for my 4 star instead of 5 star is I explained I was having convertible sensor issues and haven't put the top down in a year. They said it was functioning properly. 2 days after I got it back again I couldn't get the top to go back up for 24 hours. I'm afraid to use the top and now need to send the car back to Sarasota for this same issue at another cost to me. Frustrating that I explained the message I was getting and I don't believe there was a thorough inspection of the top sensors! More
