Thank you for your business and taking the time to write a review. James Balfe took the time to come and get your vehicle the first time over 100 miles away and drove the car another 100 miles back to the dealership, he was not able to duplicate the concerns that you experienced. It was not a new Technician that looked at your brakes, it was the Shop Foreman, a Master Certified Mercedes Technician for 40 years with the company. We found nothing wrong with the brakes and the Foreman drove the car himself and didn’t hear or feel anything that was not normal operating functions for the vehicle. When you again called and James again drove the 100 miles plus to you he had you drive to duplicate the concerns that you had and again was unable to hear or feel anything that was not normal for the brakes. He then brought the car to the gas station and filled the car up for you and returned the car to you. When you called Luke, the General Manager to voice your concerns with the car, we had you bring the car to another Mercedes shop to a Master Certified Service Manager and she was again unable to verify any noise concerns and informed you that the brakes were operating perfectly. When you attempted to make the appointment with that shop, the Service Manager was reluctant to bring the car into the shop due to the fact that she was unable to duplicate the problem before. At this time we are unable to do anything further for you.
