⭐ 1 STAR BUYER BEWARE. My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Shreveport has been an absolute nightmare. I purchased a 2019 Audi Q7 from this dealership on June 29, 2026 My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Shreveport has been an absolute nightmare. I purchased a 2019 Audi Q7 from this dealership on June 29, 2026, believing I was purchasing a dependable vehicle from a professional dealership. Instead, within approximately two months, I was hit with thousands of dollars in major mechanical repairs. The vehicle developed serious problems involving major components, and I have now been faced with a repair bill of approximately $6,400 just to get the vehicle back. I cannot afford that bill. I am now dealing with the possibility of surrendering the vehicle while still being responsible for the remaining loan balance. What makes this even worse is that I purchased this vehicle from a dealership. I trusted them to make sure they were selling me a vehicle that was safe, reliable, and worth the money I was paying for it. Instead, this purchase has put me in a terrible financial position. I lost my vehicle. I lost thousands of dollars. And this situation has also affected my employment because I no longer had reliable transportation. I had the vehicle for only about two months before everything started falling apart financially and mechanically. I am now left dealing with the loan, repair costs I cannot afford, and the consequences of a vehicle purchase that I believe should have been handled very differently by the dealership before the car was ever sold to me. This wasn't just an inconvenience. This purchase has had a real impact on my finances, my transportation, my work, and my life. I am sharing my experience because other people deserve to know exactly what happened to me before they put their hard-earned money into a vehicle from this dealership. I trusted Mercedes-Benz of Shreveport with a major purchase. That trust has cost me dearly. More

Employees are very nice and helpful and so far with my limited exposure to your shop they do a good job. However it’s difficult to find value on your charges.
