I have purchased over four cars from Mercedes Benz of Shreveport. In the past I have taken my car back for service and had to take it back because of bad service or work not done correctly. My mind was made up after bad customer service and work not done properly to my vehicle not to return, so I didn't for years. I decided to give Mercedes another chance on June 24, 2025. The service advisor (Haley) displayed the worst customer service skills I have experience in a long time. She gave me the best service until she received my money in her hands. The next day upon returning because of service issues, once I explain the issue with the car, she had nothing else to do with me. Haley attitude changed. She never came back out to check on me, she never offered water, she never came out to apologize for the mistake on my car, she never explain or speak to me about what to expect or how long it may take to correct the problem. When I did ask another service advisor can I speak to Haley, he said she had left for the day. Another service advisor had to help me (Matthew). He provided water to me and other customers; he continue checking on us until my car was complete even after the shop had closed. Haley truly needs to be train on how to take care of customers in a professional way. Bad customer service results in loss of business for any company. More
My initial encounter with Shreveport Mercedes left a bitter taste in my mouth after the change of corporate ownership, prompting me to vow never to set foot in the dealership again. Yet, circumstances compelled me to return for necessary repairs. Upon arrival, I discovered components nestled near the battery storage were grotesquely drenched in water, rendering them utterly nonfunctional. My service advisor, however, proved to be a beacon of professionalism and courtesy, which momentarily helped to alleviate my preconceived biases against the dealership. Yet, my relief was short-lived; I learned that crucial parts were on backorder, and I would have to endure an agonizing wait of nearly two months for their arrival. After finally receiving the parts, the repair process stretched an additional two weeks, leaving me in a state of anxious anticipation. Once the repairs were completed, the technician assured me that everything was functioning perfectly. He even took the vehicle for a drive, insisting that all systems were go. However, this optimism crumbled as soon as I drove my car home, only to be greeted by an inexplicable series of new issues springing up like weeds in a garden. In a rush of frustration, I reached out to the service department and scheduled yet another visit, only to be met with the dreaded news of additional problems. After spending a staggering $6,000 on repairs, I was now being told that another $6,000 would be required to rectify these newly identified issues. It was simply absurd to think that a certified ASE technician could overlook such critical repair needs before returning my vehicle. I honestly can’t shake the feeling that my vehicle may have been intentionally sabotaged to inflate the shop's ticket and amass labor costs. More than just anger, I feel a deep disappointment; what was once a shining symbol of excellence has now devolved into a caricature of a shadily operated car dealership. If others are experiencing similar treatment, it wouldn’t be surprising if a class-action lawsuit followed. More

Staff was AWESOME! !! Brought a used vehicle from them and they did not make me feel bad for it not being a Mercedes nor did they pressure me at all. 10 out of 10 would !! Service representative did an outstanding job, made sure I was fully informed. The only thing I didn't like is that the mechanic didn't lift the car up to drain the oil from the drain plug.
