They ran diagnostics, crankcase ventilation; with shop saying they found problem I ok'd service. First tech assigned quit his job, after working on it for couple days. Beat around the bush for a while ,telling me one excuse then another. One Friday was told last part,( a hose ) had come in and was 6-7 hour job they would let me know after noon. Rental car was due in at noon. Didnt get that call so had to extend for 3 more days on rental car. Monday when I talked with service the hosejob was described as 8-10 hr job. Complete but still smoking.." MUST BE THE TURBO"::. AND IS SENT TO ENDURANCE FOR APPROVAL. GOT APPROVED FOR $3,06O.00 OF THE TOTAL. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBLE FOR $6,340.00 Told them to just let me know how much they thought I owed and I would come pick up car and pay what I owed.. $2,200.00 and I got rid of any mosquito problem in the neighborhood when I loaded her up on trailer.and since this had taken a month and half, a large bill at Enterprise Rental Cars. More
