He’s either on break, on the phone, or dealing with another customer. He will choose to not call you back even when multiple other who answer th call tells me “I’ll tell him to give a call back”. You can wait an entire day and still receive no call back. I don’t know if he just treat Asian customer like that but all the reviews that says he awesome are non Asian customer! More

This dealership is slow, never has loaners available, and is unorganized. Haylee Johnson is my service representative and she is amazing. She is the only service representative I will use there as the others is unorganized. Haylee Johnson is my service representative and she is amazing. I have dealt personally with two other service reps there and I’m so glad that I found Haylee Johnson instead. You walk into the service department and the reps are loudly talking about out of business subjects while laughing in front of guests. It’s unprofessional and I feel that Haylee Johnson is the only one that takes the position seriously. More
