We recently purchased our first Mercedes and were very reserved about purchasing from a local dealership rather than a large city dealership like Houston or Dallas. We had been looking at several other brands of cars and when we decided to look more into the Mercedes Karen was there to answer all of our questions via phone and email. They worked hard to get to us a fair deal and when we were ready to buy Karen came in on her day off to help us "seal the deal". She took the time and stayed pass closing to show us all the features of the car and how to use them. We are very pleased and will continue to do business with this dealership! I had been looking at cars in the DFW area, as well as on the internet, but we ended up getting a great deal on this car. Since 2008, my family has purchased 4 vehicles from Holmes European (Mercedes). And I can say without a doubt that when it's time to trade up for a newer model, I will definitely be dealing with Holme Holmes European (Mercedes). After putting almost 23,000 miles on it during the first year, I decided that I really wanted a car with a bit more muscle and a few more "bells and whistles". I called Cathy and asked her if she might be able to locate a C350 for me. She called back a few days later to let me know that she had just taken delivery of two 2011 C350 models. You have to understand that I actually live in the Dallas area, where we have two competing dealers. Regardless, Holmes/Cathy came through on getting me EXACTLY what I wanted while beating the "big city" competitors on the price. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with Holmes, with Cathy, and with the car itself! With service and responsiveness like that, I see no reason to go anywhere but Holmes...even when I live in another state. On another note, I also have to commend the Holmes service department. These guys have really bent over backwards to accommodate servicing my car on short notice. Since I'm not local to Shreveport, I am only in town when visiting family. Holmes service department always makes time to "fit me into the schedule", even when I haven't had the forethought to make an appointment in advance. This is something that I really appreciate. Overall these guys are rock stars. Trust me you won't be disappointed! More

Secondly, our salesperson, Cathy, was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about each car we looked at. They were very fair with our trade-in value as well as the price of the car we purchased. As far as the service department is concerned, we very much appreciate them standing by their word and fixing a couple of small items that were agreed upon at purchase. The work was done to perfection and in a very timely manner. A special thanks to Harrison, our service associate. He got the vehicle to the dealership precisely on the day I needed to take delivery. I was also pleased to meet my service advise, the finance manager and the general manager. I am looking forward to working with all of them. This dealerdhip has a great drop off/ delivery service for when your car needs service. This makes it possible for me to own a Mercedes Benz without living in a city with a dealership. Everyone I worked with at Holmes European was so very helpful and knowledgable. Without doubt the quality of the experience matched the quality of the Certified Used Mercedes Benz R 350 I purchased. I cannot share a more pleasant experience from start to finish and the pleasantries continue. I was in today to ask for some information concerning accessories and had 4 different people assist me and was introduced to the delightfull Anna Thomas, General Manager of Holmes European Motors. The genuinely friendly and warm attention seem even more so now that the purchase has been complete and they know I am out of the market for some time. Marvin who I bumped into first, dropped what he was doing and assisted me loacating a vehicle of the type I was looking for, then I find out he is the internet manager and not a floor sales person! Well he hooked me up with Nate Kolniak and everything I needed to know to assist my decision process was on the tip of Nate's tounge...man he knows his Mercedes Benz's! Once his help and knowledge led me to just the right vehicle the process of allowing me to purchase the car without being 'cattled' was comforting and relaxing...relaxing, when was purchasing a car relaxing for anyone? Greg Miciotto, the Pre Owned Inventory Manager, got involved and complimented me on how nice my 2007 Z71 Suburban trade in was!!!!! that's a lil different... and he made the deal quick, easy and painless...AND FAIR! I really felt like he gave me all he could for my car and sold me the 2007 lease turn in R 350 for a very fair price for an exceptionally nice car. It sounds crazy but I can't wait to do business with this group again...I doubt I will purchase any vehicle from another local dealer again...if they don't have what I'm looking for I'll put them on the job and wait...it really was that good of an experience. ( It's for the lifetime of the vehicle) <br>If I ever run out of gas they will come get me to a station for free.. <br>No matter if its me or my wife driving.
