Service lead Jaclyn was great! Very good communicator, exceedingly helpful. This was true of all service team members. Cons of the service department, exceedingly busy, needed to leave car for 3 days prior to a diagnostic assessment. Very few loaners -- cannot imagine being without a car for 8 days!! More

Went to get my car diagnostic and they returned my car with damages. Natalie Duncan was rude and unprofessional. Said my car was that way when I took it there which is false. Natalie's manager wasn't any with damages. Natalie Duncan was rude and unprofessional. Said my car was that way when I took it there which is false. Natalie's manager wasn't any better he falsely said the car was damaged prior to being brought into them. Showed him pictures to prove it was not and he still said it didn't happen there. They were very unprofessional and had zero customer service skills. Safe to say I will not be back there and wouldn't recommend anyone go there. More
