I made it perfectly clear. I can’t say it any better. I see no check and balances for the consumer. Poor business practices are sending America down the tubes. Doing business any kind of way will catch up with your company. No one there can prove my air conditioning needed to be replaced! This is the America we live in today. God bless you all.
