Be sure to check your car over for damage before you leave. I found 3 things wrong with the car and they only acknowledged 1. Even for the one they acknowledged they were pretty unapologetic about it an leave. I found 3 things wrong with the car and they only acknowledged 1. Frank gets all of the 5 stars that I can give. Very knowledgeable, hospitable and patient. I had been having the worse experience at other Mercedes service centers including Downtown and Santa Mon Very knowledgeable, hospitable and patient. I had been having the worse experience at other Mercedes service centers including Downtown and Santa Monica. Santa Monica was booked and I was fortunate to get a speedy appointment at Southbay. They paid a lot of attention to my car and the problems and Frank thoroughly explained what was wrong and the workup. Having a loaner and not feeling rushed to come back really eased my anxieties. I will definitely be coming back for future service. More
