The reason we chose South Bay over stores owned by friends ( North Scottsdale, West Covina, among others) or other local stores where we have previous relationships was that this car would be serviced here and I have a good experience with your parts and service folks already. After building our ideal e450 wagon on MBUSA and visiting other local stores and internet research into availability. We visited So. Bay to see the 2 grey cars you had in stock and were very fortunate to be introduced to Emily, mask and all. I knew she was a keeper as she waited patiently while I finished an overly lengthy phone call, then immediately jumped into action, offering a test drive then helping to open doors and clear the path to get the car out. Emily gets the highest rating for being passionate about what she does, keeping knowledgeable about the products and the prevailing market situation, being an advocate for the customer and generally being an engaging personality. The rest of the purchase experience should be handled and graded separately and we wold be happy to share that in a separate forum.
