tried to run me in circles about what they did NOT do! I placed my car in the care of St clair shores dealership only for them to BLOW my Intake manifold (worth $1400) & have no claim on excepting the blam I placed my car in the care of St clair shores dealership only for them to BLOW my Intake manifold (worth $1400) & have no claim on excepting the blame. I also paid for a diagnosis & new key only to be re diagnosed at another Mercedes dealership & did not EVEN NEED Part NOR key that they diagnosed me with! When I called into talk to Idris S. he was no help what so ever nor did he try to get to the bottom of the problem or provide any customer service in trying to pin point this Major issue! More

As bad as it gets Being new to the area, MBoSCS was my closest dealership. After two visits to have a repair remedied, I got my R Class back with filthy seats from acc Being new to the area, MBoSCS was my closest dealership. After two visits to have a repair remedied, I got my R Class back with filthy seats from accessing the battery, after two visits, the problem I experienced was actually worse following their shoddy workmanship. The radio was blaring music from some unknown station when I started the car. Idiots! Sales and Service people scamper away when you arrive. A woman in line in front of me spoke of waiting 20 minutes for a Service Advisor to appear..................I now drive considerably farther, to Bloomfield Hills Benz. Bloomfield Hills is excellent in all regards. I wouldn't have MBoSCS clean my windshield in the future. Stay away! More

worst service experience my sprinter Van was dropped of for check engine light they ended up hitting it after I dropped it off in the back the made a dent and damaged the brak my sprinter Van was dropped of for check engine light they ended up hitting it after I dropped it off in the back the made a dent and damaged the brake light they replaced the light and left the dent and the scratch they just used some paint didn't math the Van has Been there almost two weeks and it's still not finished every day they say it's gone be ready tomorrow nothing yet. I came in just to receive service on my C300. Mr.Dewey Sims introduced himself as my husband I were waiting. We sat down with him and he was so honest and transparent and presented a deal that was conduci Sims introduced himself as my husband I were waiting.
