I came in Monday with an alternator/ battery issue on my way to work. Richard secured a loaner for me and I was able to carry on with my day without issue. The follow up call confirmed what I thought...it was the alternator. Richard had his team run diagnostics to make sure there were no other issues and now my baby is running like a top. They even washed it! What a service department! Now that I've got her back, Anastacia is her name, the cosmos is back in balance and life is grand...thanks again Richard! More
