My experience with these gentlemen was so outstanding, that five of my family members have bought cars from Crown since my purchase a month ago! Today, I went back for some minor servicing. As soon as I arrived, Al was right there, making sure I was kept in the loop with what was being done on my car and asking if there was anything else he could get me while I waited. when I got off work this morning I discovered my 3rd break light cover was missing, appearing to have been purposely broken off by vandels. He was very calming and reassured me that they'd fix the problem. Once I arrived and explained the situation, Mr. Potter told me that this problem has been addressed before with my particular model and I could debunk my initial vandalism theory. It was a huge load off my mind to hear that and that It was also covered under my warranty. They repaired the light in less than an hour and gave the car a "new like" washing.
