With my husband out of town, I frantically drove into the service center on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment after getting my car jumped b With my husband out of town, I frantically drove into the service center on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment after getting my car jumped by Geico Roadside Assistance. I explained the situation to Erica, who calmly said "no problem we will take care of you". She went above and beyond, providing me with a same day - "emergency appointment " along with a loaner vehicle. Keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle, as it was repaired. And eventually going to bat for me when a small issue arose. Erica is the service rep you want to request if your going to this dealership! More
