Saturday midday appears to be prime time.) The whole process was respectful of my time. The deal progressed smoothly without terribly long waits. We enjoyed working with Dominick on the documentation as well. The car was detailed, which isn't always the case on used. There were no surprises with the deal or the vehicle. And after 3 days to think it over, I don't feel I got spanked in any way. More

Car was taken on Thu and left unattended for 4 days but was told stories about how long it was taking to diagnose my problem. Then car was returned as fixed but when I took home, the check engine light cam was told stories about how long it was taking to diagnose my problem. Then car was returned as fixed but when I took home, the check engine light came back again. When I was taking my car back, another customer also came saying they returned her car without fixing the problem. This shop has gone down significantly over past few years. I would rate them D.
