Must confess, was a bit hesitant to purchase a Mercedes because I didn't want an overpriced luxury car. I came and purchased because I had a specific model in mind and really wanted to see the car in pers because I didn't want an overpriced luxury car. I came and purchased because I had a specific model in mind and really wanted to see the car in person. This dealership not only found the car, they emailed me on when the car would be in the showroom without asking for any type of deposit. They kept in touch with me and when I made it into see the car in person, the customer service was through the roof! Car was perfect, ready to go, check out with 4 year lease package very attractive and seriously, I was out of that dealership with my new car in under an hour. And they followed up with concerns to make sure I was more than satisfied. So I'm now telling everyone to go and get one of these cars! It's the new EBQ 250 so totally electric with 2 years of free charging, gorgeous dashboard, handles like a sports car with sports mode, eco mode and comfort mode. I love it and beyond thrilled with the car, customer service and especially the sales representative, Bill Infald. He made the entire experience enjoyable and easey peasey. Thank you!! More

I had visited 4 Mercedes Benz showroom before visiting this one in Stevens Creek and I can say they are the best in business. The services provided by them had been par expectations. I got the discounts and the best APR loan which I could not procure from any of my pre-approved applications. Also, I had the service of my vehicle done here recently and the experience was amazing.
