I spent $3000 on my scheduled service. After I dropped my car off I had another 12,000 k recommended. This was a 120 k mileage service but I only have 102k. My car makes more noise in idle than when I took it in, my windshield wipers were supposed to be replaced but for sure NOT! Steve Kirsky is the best service provider anywhere-we use this dealer which is further away only because of him. The phones are terrible -often no one answers and when they do the person is unable to talk t this dealer which is further away only because of him. This is Mercedes not Toyota-an operator should immediately answer with immediate access to the person who can answer to the question or resolve the issue-as happened at Park Ave Motors and every other Mercedes shop we have used, we have used several when traveling and our closer shop. We are busy and expect prompt service and answers. I have considered the closer dealership several times because of this and when Steve retires (hopefully never) I (and my husband who also has a Mercedes) will switch if this isn't changed. I will also consider a car other than Mercedes when I need a new car as part of what kept me coming back was the ease of and excellent service at Park Ave Motors In PA which sadly no longer exists.
