So Ethan has been my service advisor and taken really good care of me, to the point that when our company van from Concord needed service I took it down here. Now I tried and made an online appointment good care of me, to the point that when our company van from Concord needed service I took it down here. Now I tried and made an online appointment, however I didn't know they don't schedule sprinter service online, so I have no idea where my appointment should have been. In the meantime I showed up to drop off the van, and the guy yin the office (I should be better with names) assured me I could leave it and it would go into queue. I wasn't in a particular hurry, but like so many Mercedes dealers, Sprinter techs are few and far between... As it seems it should be. Its a diesel truck, more in common with a freightliner (no seriously) than any other car on the lot, but my company's owner is a stickler for dealership service. Back to the point, I wasn't in a hurry, but I also need the van before forever. Well, with a B service and full recall service with NO appointment, Ethan was able to get me done in 24 hours! Also yeah, kinda spendy, but not nearly as spendy as expected. More
