I am going to MB of Stevens Creek service department for about 20 years to service my MB cars and I will not go to any other Mercedes Benz dealer. I had to use out of area MB service centers couple of times about 20 years to service my MB cars and I will not go to any other Mercedes Benz dealer. I had to use out of area MB service centers couple of times when I was out of area but I was not happy with the the advisors and the work. I trust the service advisor in Stevens Creek when he recommends service and repairs. I think the quality of preventative maintenance is the reason my MB cars last many years with high mileage. More

I schedule my E350 for annual routine service. The schedule was originally to be in two weeks. Traded in my previous vehicle and bought a CPO. My vehicle was supposed to get paid off by the dealership in 10 days or less. It has been 15 days and still not paid off. I was also supposed to get contacted to set up an appointment to polish the scratched wheels and receive my 2nd set of keys since they didn’t have the 2nd set at the time of signing. I’ve contacted my sales person and, supposedly, the manager but still haven’t heard back anything and they are very very hard to get a hold of or get a response from. This is my first Mercedes buying experience and it has been draining and atrocious to get all these problems fixed, to say the least. More
