This review is based on the service department. I have taken my brand new car in at least three times for the same issue and had it returned with different issues and the old ones not being resolve I have taken my brand new car in at least three times for the same issue and had it returned with different issues and the old ones not being resolved. They make you seem like you’re crazy and that you should just be thankful for driving a Mercedes’. Listen, I’ve been driving them for well over 15 years and never had these issues. I would rather buy a car from competitor dealer than buy anything from Stevens creek. More

My mom placed a new car back in February and it arrived within 3 months. Given the global supply chain shortage I think the wait time is better compare to other dealers. Sales manager Di was also super helpful in terms of educating us on different car models and finance options.
