I had an appointment to drop my car at 7:30 am for a simple brake pad job. No work was done on the car for 7 hours. I called again at 3:30 pm and finally talked to the adviser, who told me the car was in a queue and would be worked on when a technician is available. After I asked to talk to the service supervisor and complained, then a mechanic was finally assigned to the job ad I got the car back at 5:00 pm that evening. Bad experience overall. Unfriendly service advisor. No consideration for the customer. This is the just the way it is, or so was I told. It makes me consider going to another dealer in the future or even buying another car brand. More
