I had an appointment to drop my car at 7:30 am for a simple brake pad job. No work was done on the car for 7 hours. I called at 1:30 pm to inquire about when I could get the car back and was told somebo simple brake pad job. No work was done on the car for 7 hours. I called at 1:30 pm to inquire about when I could get the car back and was told somebody would call me back. Nobody did. I called again at 3:30 pm and finally talked to the adviser, who told me the car was in a queue and would be worked on when a technician is available. After I asked to talk to the service supervisor and complained, then a mechanic was finally assigned to the job ad I got the car back at 5:00 pm that evening. Bad experience overall. Unfriendly service advisor. No consideration for the customer. This is the just the way it is, or so was I told. It makes me consider going to another dealer in the future or even buying another car brand. More

Stevens Creek MB has an excellent system to service our GLE 350. We do our annual checkup and have never had any service problems in the intervening year. Need communication between departments. When we dropped off the car at 3:45 pm or so . Service did not know what the car was there for. 5 stars for all the staff members. Danny is knowledgeable, courteous and clear. I was told it was backlogged for 5 weeks! That just shows a lack of planning on the dealership's part. Even the local repair shop (that has much lower repair prices) provides me with a loaner Mercedes car every time. More
